The pallet is positioned and the LLDPE is connected to it manually. Then, the wrapping cycle is pre-set. After the wrapping is completed either the operator will cut the film manually, or an optional installed mechanical cutter would do the rest.
Mobile wrapping machines are best suited for the efficient wrapping of pallets that are oddly shaped and difficult to transport to a fixed wrapping station. The compact and mobile design of the machine enables it to move easily to the pallet’s location.
The process of wrapping in this machine is as follows: the pallet is fed into the machine using an optional transport system such as rollers or conveyor belts. Once it reaches the wrapping position, the machine proceeds with the wrapping process by following the pre-set wrapping programme with accurate wrapping parameters.
After the wrapping, the pallet will be automatically transferred to the outfeed system.
